SUBSCRIBER Rules and Regulations: Pak-Can Connect

1. Program Overview

Pak-Can Connect is designed to uplift and support individuals by offering guidance, training, and job-related opportunities to improve quality of life. This program is a community-based initiative and not a job placement agency or a government-funded organization.

The services offered under this subscription include, but are not limited to:

  • Freelance training and job opportunities
  • Graphic design training and job placement
  • Guidance for studying in Canada-initial consultation
  • Assistance with remote job applications
  • SEO training and placement support
  • Content creation training and guidance
  • Visit visa guidance and initial consultation
  • Immigration information- initial consultation
  • Help with SOPs, resume writing, cover letters, and ATS optimization
  • Work permit application guidance- initial consultation
  • Job guidance for those without formal education or experience
  • Interview coaching and preparation
  • IELTS preparation support
  • English language classes
  • Video editing training and job opportunities
  • Social media management training and support
  • Guidance for starting a business in Canada- initial consultation
  • Introductory support for product exporting
  • Canadian business license consultation- initial consultation
  • And other community development resources as may be added from time to time

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Fee

The Subscriber agrees to pay a one-time, non-refundable annual fee as specified during the registration process. This fee grants access to the listed services and any updates during the subscription year.

2.2 Duration

The subscription is valid for one year from the date of activation and must be renewed manually upon expiry to continue access.

2.3 No Additional Charges

The Subscriber is not obligated to pay any additional fees beyond the one-time subscription fee for the core services provided. If optional one-on-one services are introduced in the future, they will be clearly marked as separate offers.

3. Eligibility

3.1

You must be at least 16 years of age and possess a minimum high school comprehension level to participate in the Program.

3.2

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and professional information provided during subscription is accurate, truthful, and current.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

4.1

You agree to:

  • Use the Program and its resources respectfully and professionally.
  • Not share your account or materials with non-subscribers.
  • Not use the Program to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.
  • Treat all fellow subscribers and program facilitators with courtesy and professionalism.

4.2

Misuse of the Program, including abusive behavior or repeated misinformation, may result in suspension or permanent termination of your subscription without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

5.1

The Program is not a get-rich-quick scheme. We do not guarantee employment, immigration approval, or business success.

5.2

The Program provides guidance, tools, and training. Your personal results will depend on your own effort, dedication, and compliance with job or visa requirements in your respective country or region.

6. Termination & Suspension

6.1

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program if you:

  • Violate any terms of this agreement
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Display disrespectful or abusive behavior
  • Misuse program resources for unlawful purposes

6.2

Upon termination, no refunds will be issued. All rights to materials will be revoked.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1

All training material, guides, templates, and video content provided through the Program are intellectual property of Pak-Can Connect and may not be redistributed or sold.

7.2

You are granted limited, non-transferable access for personal use only.

8. International Scope & Jurisdiction

8.1

The Program is operated from Canada and complies with Canadian business laws. Subscribers from outside Canada are responsible for following the laws of their own jurisdictions.

8.2

Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any actions must be brought within its jurisdiction.

9. Privacy & Communication

9.1

By subscribing, you consent to receive Program-related communications via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

9.2

Your information will not be sold or misused, and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By subscribing to Pak-Can Connect, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement.
  • You agree to comply with its terms.
  • You understand that results may vary and are based on your own commitment and participation.

11. Immigration Services Disclaimers

11.1 No Immigration Advice

We are not immigration consultants or lawyers. We do not provide immigration advice. All immigration-related information we share comes directly from official Canadian government sources (e.g., cic.gc.ca). For personalized advice about your case, please consult the Government of Canada or an authorized immigration representative.

11.2 Authorized Representatives Only

All immigration-related services are delivered exclusively by authorized representatives. We only provide referrals to licensed RCICs.

11.3 Licensed RCIC Consultations

All immigration consultations included in this program are provided exclusively by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) authorized by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). We do not provide immigration advice ourselves.

11.4 Complimentary Consultation

Our subscription includes a complimentary 20-minute immigration consultation with a licensed RCIC. The consultation is provided directly by the RCIC, who is authorized by the CICC to offer immigration advice. We do not provide immigration advice ourselves. All other services in the program (training, English classes, job search assistance, etc.) are delivered by our team.
